Minimum order value
The minimum order value is CHF 15.-

Shipping charges

Switzerland, Lichtenstein:
CHF 3.50 – includes postage and packaging (Priority)
Free postage and packaging for orders of CHF 40.- or more

Europe:
CHF 6.50 – includes postage and packaging (Priority)
Free postage and packaging for orders of CHF 50.- or more

Other countries:
CHF 8.50 – includes postage and packaging (Priority)
Free postage and packaging for orders of CHF 60.- or more

When items are exported outside Switzerland, VAT and customs duties may be due.
These are payable at the customer’s expense.
As we are not yet subject to Swiss VAT, we cannot deduct VAT on exports.

Payment methods
Switzerland, Europe, either countries: Advance payment by PayPal or banc transfer.

As soon as the money reaches our account, we will ship the goods without delay.
All items offered via the online shop are generally available in stock in our warehouse.

In exceptional cases, where our supply chain is subject to delay, we will notify you by e-mail without delay.

Refusal of delivery
If our goods are refused upon delivery without justification, we will raise an invoice the costs that we incur as a result.
The purchase contract remains in force.
